Description English: Hotel Donauwalzer *** is a centrally located family hotel with excellent connections by public transport (underground) to Vienna´s most interesting sights. Our house was built in 1901 by a well-known Austrian winegrower dynasty as a wedding gift for her son. During the World War 2, the house was partly destroyed by an aeroplane bomb. Due to the lack of flats during the war-time, a part of the hotel was changed into appartments. In 1985 the hotel was taken over by the current hoteliers-family and since than the former appartments have been converted into hotel rooms. Still nowadays the old Viennese traditions are kept alive by the family Kluss. Description Italien: not available for this property Description French: L´hôtel Donauwalzer est un hôtel situé central (20 minutes à pied au centre), sous direction familiale avec de bonnes connections aux sites les plus importants de la ville de Vienne. En 1901 ce bâtiment fut érigé comme cadeau de noces d'une riche famille de viticulteurs à leur fils. Pendant la seconde guerre mondiale une bombe détruisit une aile de l´hôtel. Depuis 1985 l´hôtel se trouve sous le gestion de la famille d´hôteliers actuels, la Fam. Kluss, qui tâche de conserver traditions viennoises de jadis. Description German: Das Hotel Donauwalzer ist ein zentrumnahes (20 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zentrum), gutbürgerliches, familienfreundliches Stadthotel nahe zu Wiens Sehenswürdigkeiten. 1901 wurde unser Jugenstilhaus als Hotel mit Restaurant von einer bekannten österreichischen Weinhauerfamilie als Hochzeitsgeschenk an den Sohn errichtet. Das Haus mit der ausgezeichneten Küche wurde bald als das 'Kleine Sacher von Hernals' bekannt. Während des 2. Weltkrieges zerstörte eine Fliegerbombe einen Hotelflügel. 1985 wurde das Haus von der jetzigen Hoteliersfamilie übernommen und bis heute mit viel Liebe in guter alter Tradition weitergeführt.
