Monika and Dominik Demetz continued this tradition and built end of the seventies the Hotel Dominik on one of the most charming spots of Brixen, the quarter of Stufles. In front of the hotel flows the river Rienza; a beautiful park, the Rapp Gardens extends along the river, and the town with the famous cathedral is within just 5 minutes walking-distance.
