Italian, English and French speakers will guide you through the premises which include two levels. Upstairs, one finds three rooms (one single and a double) and a full bathroom with shower and bath tub. An Italian or international breakfast is served in the downstairs dinning room or in the ancient garden and offers a relaxing start to your day. Music will help add to your experience and the air-conditioning will maintain a comfort level during the warmer months. Other amenities include color television with a library of Italian and international videos, high speed internet access, fax, telephone and the use of bicycles to explore the center of Florence. Small, well behaved, pets are also welcome with advanced notice and can take full use of the garden. Au premier étage, trois chambres sont proposées aux hôtes (une simple, une double et une avec deux lits), toutes avec balcon, équipées d'un réfrigérateur et d'une télévision en couleur. Il y a deux salles de bain (douche etI baignoire). Le petit déjeuner peut être pris dans la salle à manger ou dans le jardin antique. Un choix varié de petits déjeuners est proposé : typiquement italien, biologique ou international. Les hôtes ont la possibilité bien entendu de profiter du jardin privé pour se relaxer. Le B&B dispose de la climatisation dans la salle à manger ; dans le salon, il est possible d'écouter la musique et de regarder la télévision (parabole, magnétoscope). La direction met à la disposition des hôtes le téléphone, le fax, l'accès à internet (adsl). Les enfants apprécieront également leur séjour grâce à des jeux à leur disposition. Possibilité de bénéficier d'un parking payant à 100 mètres conventionné. La famille met à disposition trois bicyclettes, dont une électrique. Grâce au jardin privé, il est possible (communication préalable à la direction) d'héberger aussi les voyageurs qui aiment se déplacer avec leurs "fidèles amis" à condition qu'ils soient de taille petite ou moyenne, et bien éduqués !
